12/08/2003: "Collusion..surprise.."

The Sunday Herald publishes this yesterday. It talks about a report by Justice Henry Barron on the Dublin & Monaghan bombings of the 70's and how it appears there was collusion between British security forces and loyalists who actually carried out the bombings.

In case you don't know anything about the bombings they were on May 17th with 3 car bombs in Dublin and 1 in Monaghan. 33 people were killed and injured 240 injured.
