04/08/2004: "Anti-genocide measures"

Cousin Kofi has revealed a series of anti-genocide measures [update: better link here] to prevent genocide from ever happening.
Bit late now Kofi but better late than never I reckon.

From the second link above, the "Special advisor" will "collect information on potential or existing situations or threats of genocide and make recommendations to the Security Council on actions that should be taken".
Oh well that's it then, the Security Council will take the right actions...or turn their back like they did before??
