05/06/2004: "Someone has too much money..."

Can you tell me why oh why would someone want to pay $104.168 MILLION on a flippin painting?? Sure it's a Picasso but c'mon, $104.168 million??
Let those words sink in; one hundred and four point one six eight million squid, on a feckin picture that in all honestly is a tad dodgy looking, some bloke in a blue dress with flowers on his head smoking a pipe!
