A Scottish councillor has got into a spot of bother over comments he made about the English. When Portugal scored against England he shouted "'Ha, Ha! F* you! Ya f*ing beauty!" and was promptly kicked out of the pub. It's not the first time the same man has got into a bit of trouble for comments made.
Looking deeper into the subject this article states "Anti-English claims a myth" though an opinion poll indicates that many people agree that "anti-English feeling exists north of the border".
