Interesting case on the tiny British-colony of Pitcairn [Pitcairn Gov | CIA Factbook] where 7 men are facing various accusations including rape even though it's a "tradition" for women as young as 12 to have sex. Their defence is likely to include a challenge to Britains authority over the island.
