11/23/2004: "Mother severs baby's arms"

Un-friggin-believable... In Plano, Dallas, USA, a woman cut off her 11 month old baby's arms. The baby not surprisingly died a while later in hospital. What kind of a twisted fuck would do such a thing!?!?
