04/15/2005: "Add Europe to the YES list"

Well, I heard from a little birdy that the European county has voted overwhelmingly in favour of changing Rule 42. The matter will be decided tonight so fingers crossed, it's a very important decision for the GAA, tomorrow they'll either be bigots or heroes. Hopefully the latter. Here's a full breakdown of the votes so far, i'm trying to keep it updated and accurate.
