NI Elections
The exit poll gives an idication of what the election results will likely be. With the UUP and DUP on about 25%, Sinn Féin on 20% and the SDLP dropping to around 16%.

Personally I can't stand politics, especially NI politics, and I don't claim to have a good understanding but to me it simple looks as if we have to put up with dire bullshit for another while to come. There's no way this elected shower will be able to work together in a civil manner. more..

Saville Inquiry
Interesting to see that the Saville Inquiry is coming to an end. This article is about the examination of an ex-IRA man, now currently on the Derry city council. Nothing new in his statements that I can see but the article claims that they hope to have all witnesses interviewed by christmas. more..

NI Elections
The elections are loomin in de North. As usual tensions are rising, it's gas reading the posts on sites such as Slugger O'T, there's a good mix of people, Brits and Irish from both sides of the border and across the water. There's some right good slaggin matches some days although there are a few characters which appear from time to time (and a few regular contributors) who take things pretty serious. Although, as offensive as they can be sometimes ya can't help but laugh at them. Some of the comments they come out with are plain ridiculous...especially when they start talking about the facist evil Free State (Ireland). more..

Near completion of my first full PHP app, ok it's nothing special but it's a start. It was online but now all you get is 403 Permission Denied on http://www.ssi-developer.net/cp.
